This is our second home and as such is very well eqipped and furnished. It is fully air conditioned and heated The property is on three levels with a sun terrace on levels two and three. The ground floor has a lounge room with two comfortable sofas, TV with all the British Channels and a DVD. We have a selection of DVD, games and books. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything from a Wok to a sandwich grill. The laundry room which is off the kitchen has a washing machine, patio and beach furniture, cool boxes and buckets and spades, also a BBQ. There is also and extra toilet on this floor. The first floor has a double bedded room and a twin room with extra TV. There is also a family bathroom on this floor and the rooms share a sun terrace. The second floor has a king size bed with ensuite shower room and toilet. This room has it's own sun terrace with garden table. All rooms have ample drawer space and wardrobes along with bed side lights. Outside is a shaded patio area with a drive in for a car and a small garden The swimming pool is behind the house and as we are on a small residential complex it is never busy. Although we are in a quiet residental area on a no thru road, you can walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars in less than 10mins. We are about 10mins drive from three good golf courses. Two water parks are about 15 mins drive . Terra Mitica theme park in Benidorm is about just over an hours drive. Local markets are on in the surrounding towns/villages every day and there is a large Fun Fair in Torrevieja every night. We are five minutes walk from the Oriheula Hotel and Country Club where you can use their large pool, Gym, squash and tennis courts for a nominal fee. The area that our home is in is such that you can do as little or as much as you want.
